Check In and Check Out
Check in begins at 4pm. Checkout is 12pm. Express checkout is available through your television or by completing an Express Checkout card and leaving it with one of our Front Desk representatives.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. Unclaimed coupon reservations will be cancelled by 8pm on day of check in and are subject to a $50 "no-show" fee or 100% "no show" for discounted room rates if not cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival date. All other reservations will result in 1st nights room&tax penalty charged to credit card on the reservation. *All package reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Rates Based on Single/Double Occupancy.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional guest is $15.00 per person, per night. Up to 4 adults in a room.

Pet Policy
Hard Rock is a pet friendly hotel that understands pets are an extension of your family.

The following represent our pet friendly hotel policy:
Pets must weigh less than 25 lbs.
Pets must not be left unattended in the hotel room or suite.
A Non-Refundable pet fee of $75.00 is required for your pet.
LOVE ALL, SERVE ALL but Honesty is the best policy, failing to announce your pet at check in will result in a $200 deep cleaning penalty fee.

Guest Laundry
Same day service available 7 days a week, excluding holidays. Drop-off deadline is 9am. Contact the Bell Desk at extension 7423 to arrange pick up. Items will be delivered to the guest's room after 7pm. List of laundry services and prices are available in each guest room.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted in designated hotel rooms. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking room.

Parking and Complimentary Valet
Self parking is available in the parking garage. Valet parking is available and complimentary.

Wi-Fi Access
Free Wi-Fi Internet Access

Deposit
If a credit card is not given at the time of check in, a $100 cash deposit and pre-payment of hotel stay is required.

A 10% discount is given with proper identification.
